Editing, editing and did I say editing?
Nephilim Quest #4 is at its final editing stages. My editor has gone through it and I am now doing my final read-through. And of course I found small mistakes in the plot, and am now correcting those. After three books and around 1500 pages a writer is bound to forget some things… So that’s basically all I have been doing since the last newsletter. Editing, editing and editing. (Well, a little writing on the side to keep the creative juices flowing)
And I finally know the name of Nephilim Quest #4. It can be unbelievably difficult to come up with a good name. A big thank you to my editor, again, for discussing the ideas. Won’t reveal the name yet, though :)
I took the picture below ten years ago in a park that has now been cut down to make way to a new music hall. The leaves were from magnificent maples and had fallen on top of Carro Celeste, an artwork by Mariella Bettineschi.
I am a tree-person. I walk around remembering beautiful trees that have fallen or been felled. I must have inherited that from my dearly departed father. At out summer cottage he never wanted to cut down trees, and my mother got permission on her birthday to show one tree she wanted to be felled. I love walking in the woods and a view without trees is too barren to my liking.
So what else… I have now put some more books on my Shopify store. Namely Space Witches books #1 and #2 (The Book of Witches and The Secret Library). Creature Wars #1 (The Death of a Vampire) and The Seven Shabtis #1 (The House of the Morning sun). CLICK HERE TO SEE THE STORE.
Also I put us a Book Details -blog there. The idea is to write about the details and facts mentioned in the Nephilim Quest chapters. Chapter one is already done. It tells about life in London during the Blitz of WW II. And I made little videos where the chapter is in audio format (in three parts as the chapter is long).
NEPHILIM QUEST #1 Chapter 1 facts are HERE.

And I also put up some merchandise on my Shopify store with the below design / quote.
I read books and I know things. That’s what I do.
